As Partner, Head of Portfolio Services & Impact at Energize, Lauren leads the firm’s post-investment services through Energize EDGE, a formalized suite of platform services designed to drive value creation and preservation across the portfolio. She also oversees the firm’s impact and responsible investment initiatives, supporting the portfolio with strategy development, execution, and reporting.
Prior to Energize, Lauren spent 15-years at KPMG working with clients to execute M&A, sustainability, and strategic transformation initiatives. During this time, she supported leading asset owners, corporations, and private equity firms in their ESG and sustainable development efforts, including helping one of the largest global asset managers develop its climate strategy.
Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, is a registered CPA and holds a CFA certificate in ESG investing.
Lauren currently serves as a board member at SINAI. She works with various local non-profits, serving on the board of the Chicago Foundation for Women.
