As Energize's Business Operations and Partner Support Associate, Kelsey provides executive support to Energize’s partners and drives coordination across the firm. She manages office operations, facilitates team communication, and ensures a seamless experience for colleagues and guests. In her role, Kelsey helps shape the culture and rhythm of the Chicago headquarters while supporting the firm’s efficiency and effectiveness behind the scenes.
Prior to joining Energize, Kelsey worked across several functions at two consumer tech startups, bridging teams across product strategy, operations, and creative programming to scale fast-moving organizations.
Kelsey received her B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, with a minor in Global Studies. She is a graduate of The Second City's Writing Program.
